Demand for internet access needs in the world reportedly increased dramatically since 2001. The availability of a variety of connectivity options ranging from dial-up, ADSL, wireless to satellite-based connection (VSAT) to make more public internet users (end users) have many options. In addition to a variety of connection options, the decline in Internet subscription rates helped increase the public interest to use the Internet services.
